Founder Sam Adams started catering in 1992 while simultaneously serving in the Armed Forces. After serving his term and returning home, he catered small parties for family and friends. Many became privy to his knack for cooking by way of word-of-mouth and he, then, decided to go into business for himself. He loves being able to bring such an important (and tasty) part to gatherings of all sizes.
