Offering Healthy Options to inner-city families for Healthy Eating, Brooklyn Blend is a Minority – Family Owned business by Ralph Warren, Keishon Warren Ali Coutard & Ed Cooper. Brooklyn Blend provides high quality, healthy, nutritious food options for the entire family. Brooklyn Blend strives to promote a personal healthy lifestyle culture within the community by offering affordable healthy food alternatives which is difficult to find in low income minority communities!

The dynamic Father and Son Team (Keishon and Ralph Warren) along with Co-Owner Ali Coutard used their life savings to personally design and construct a comfortable environment with reclaimed wood and materials sourced from various parts of Brooklyn including the Coney Island board walk, old water tanks, and demolished buildings in neighboring Bedstuy.

Brooklyn Blend’s Head Chef, Ed Cooper offers a wide array of custom menu items adding a little Caribbean flare to compliment his Trinidadian Roots!

Hence the name Brooklyn Blend, Menu Options are named after familiar locations from all ends of Brooklyn.
