Barsha Wines And Spirits

The creation of Barsha was inspired by husband and wife Adnen & Lenora Marouani. Adnen is an established restaurateur who soon made his way to Las Vegas for a change in scenery. Lenora is a trained chef who having worked at many restaurants throughout her career made a pilgramage to Las Vegas. “Chef Lenora worked at Michelin-starred Restaurant Guy Savoy at Caesar’s Palace, while Tunisian native Adnen Marouani ran the hotel kitchen. Somehow, amidst the chaotic, clanging clamor of restaurant work, they had a magical, silence-the-soundtrack, slow-motion moment over spinach“, and the rest is history!

Together they traveled to Europe and North Africa where they staged in various restaurants taking their knowledge of food and wine to another level. When coming back to the states, Adnen developed his win-o skills in various restaurants in Los Angeles as a sommelier. Chef Lenora worked as the executive chef of Crescent Hotel in Beverly Hills.

Soon after, “they returned to the South Bay to do what they love, and that was how Barsha was born.” At Barsha, “Adnen serves as the sommelier and works directly with small producers that focus on high quality and good value. Lenora takes the lead as the chef and turns out stunning tapas and salads to pair with the wine.“
