ConfiDance Fitness was created by Shonna Chiles as a way for non-dancers to explore dance classes in a non-competitive environment while gaining self confidence and learning concepts of body positivity. Our classes are all levels, meaning the difficulty level varies from week to week. We want you to push yourself, grow as a dancer, learn concepts of confidence, and how to work your memory muscle in an environment that welcomes you to do so! Learn to love yourself just the way you are and leave class feeling empowered!
