Chef Mo's Café

I started on this culinary journey to share the love I have for food with the people around me. I have experience cooking all sorts of cuisine – from southern comfort, gourmet, and Asian, to Italian. I started many years ago at different fine dining restaurants that all helped in increasing my love of food and my culinary expertise, but the one that truly opened my eyes on freshness and herbs was a great place called Italian Market and Grill. That place didn’t even have a microwave. Everything we did there was made fresh to order. We hand cut steaks and ground our own meats. That’s how I envision my own company, and that is the level of freshness and quality our customers get when choosing Chef Maurice & Company Catering.
