Stories make us who we are – they bring us together and represent both the diversity and commonality of the human experience. At Emerald Hills Café & Roastery, our intention is to offer coffee lovers the chance to savor each moment as they sip in satisfaction and contemplate their connection to the world through our brew.
Our coffee is globally sourced from Central and South America, Africa, and the Asia Pacific region. We roast locally in small batches right in our Redwood City café, so our customers can benefit from the specialized varieties and characteristics of our signature coffee — available in single origins and premium blends. We've learned over time that the bean knows best. Keeping it pure and simple allows us to explore the myriad of unique flavors coffee has to offer us all.
