ELITE Senior Advisers provides senior living placement services and Elder care management. ELITE was started by Esther and DeCarla, two licensed nurses with over 35 years of combined experience in various clinical settings. They saw the need and had the passion to help support the seniors in the community. Senior living placement was their initial focus, but they quickly learned there was a need to help manage seniors in their personal home. Elder care management was born and they now assist seniors with medication management, vitals signs, and work as a liaison between clients and their physicians. The goal is to prevent rehospitalizations and keep their client independent at home.
