Island Pops was started in 2015 by married couple, Khalid Hamid and Shelly Marshall. The two wanted to bring a homemade taste of the Islands to Brooklyn through their carefully handcrafted premium ice cream, ice pops and sorbets. Their frozen treats are carefully made with a handful of natural ingredients, most of which are sourced directly from the Caribbean. The result is desserts filled with authentic and robust flavors that bring the beauty of the island to their wide array of customers.
