PLG Coffee House & Tavern

 At PLG Coffee House and Tavern, we are inspired to serve our community great food and drinks that are made with the best ingredients available. We use organic ingredients as much as possible when preparing our sandwiches, soups, salads and smoothies. Our café is designed to be a welcoming, family-friendly place, where creativity in people and ideas are not only welcome, but valued. 

We serve organic breads from Bread Alone, bagels from Terrace Bagels, and pastries from Colson Patisserie. We brew coffee from Kitten Coffee, a local Brooklyn roaster. We attempt to get as many of our dairy products, fresh fruit and vegetables from responsible, local farmers who treat their animals well, like Battenkill Farm in Upstate NY.
