Pavilion On The Terrace

0 0 reviews

Located on Staten Island’s North Shore, the Pavilion is one of the last remaining Greek revival mansions from that era. It was first constructed as a home in 1835 by developer Mark Davies. It later became a hotel and in 1910, the Knights of Columbus began using the building until 1965. Later that year, the building was converted to a catering hall which became known as The Pavilion on the Terrace. In 1994, the building received designation from the city Landmarks Preservation Commission. It remained a catering hall until 2005. In 2013, the building was purchased by new owners who reopened the Pavilion on the Terrace to once again be a banquet hall and wedding venue. The new Pavilion on the Terrace gives Patrons a sophisticated and elegant venue that can perfectly host any special event.
