Raquel is a licensed massage therapist and certified Yomassage instructor, with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. She has worked in the Behavioral Health field for 7 years and massage for 3 years. With the combined experience Raquel takes on a unique and nurturing approach to working with clients. She focuses on healing through the use of bodywork and integrative coaching and believes that together both methods ignite a mind-body connection. Through this connection, clients are able to work towards improving their wellness physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Raquel specializes in medical massage, working with clients dealing with physical trauma, targeted chronic pain, and other stress-related conditions. Her massage style is therapeutic; utilizing various techniques to ensure relaxation and pain relief. Raquel is trained in the Nurtured Heart Approach, and Trauma-Informed Bodywork.
