Originally "Green Grass Tall Trees" Sobeachy Haitian Cuisine, is Baltimore's first family owned Haitian restaurant that specializes in offering the rich culture of Haiti through its authentic Haitian meals and exotic fruit juices "The Gwa", "Beach Bum" and "Gone Beyond". Seriously summer in a cup! Making our debut at the local Farmers Markets, we were truly overwhelmed by the positive response. We began expanding our footprint in Baltimore at Festivals like Artscape, Light City, Book Festival, etc. Clearly Baltimore craved a "Taste of Haiti" and we were delighted to deliver! What IS the taste of Haiti you ask? An eclectic blend of African and French flavors that are not only delicious, but aesthetically appealing. Marinated meats, rice, thyme, parsley and tomatoes are staples in Haitian cuisine.

From the beginning til now we've focused on producing quality with only the freshest organic fruits, veggies, herbs and spices.  Coming to the newly renovated Cross Street Market this summer, we will also feature our alcoholic Island cocktails and Haitian favorites like Kremas and Prestige as the perfect compliment to our meals.
