Chef Angel and his wife Jasmine are bringing authentic Caribbean cusine and Southern Cuisine Fusion to you. Chef merges the fresh herbs from the Caribbean to all of the spices here in the south and finesse of the french cuisine to each dish! At the Bullfish Bar + Kitchen, our Full Bar has many authentic cocktails such as the Irie(our guests favorite) and local crafted draft beers to choose from. We have a wide variety of Wines and Champagnes to choose from. Chef Angel's Vegan Burger could really make you question your knowledge of meat, lol! His griot with tostones or fried plantains are a must try then his local honey pepper chicken bites with his pineapple dip is on point.
