The Kobbler King

The Kobbler King was originated in 1994. Kobblers were sold outside West Angeles Church on Sundays and at various Smart and Finals. The demand for our products began to increase so our desserts were sold to restaurants and eventually Albertsons. We understand that through wholesale and distribution we can reach a wider range of people than any other retail bakery. Millions of people visit grocery stores a day and this increases our notoriety and exposure. This is why our volume of 200, 000 desserts a year is steadily increasing.

Today we service thirty restaurants like Hot Wings Cafe, Louisiana Fried Chicken, Jim Dandys Fried Chicken, Moms BBQ and others. Our products are sold in twenty-five Albertsons. We do all major events which include all Lobster Festivals, Jazzfest West, The Taste of Soul, UCLA Jazz and Reggae Festival, Long Beach Jazz Festival, Crawfish Festival, Arizona Jazz Festival and many more. We sell between one thousand and three thousand desserts at every festival. We outsell all competitors with excellent marketing tactics and have been very successful.
