Trio Plant-based is a 100% plant-based restaurant in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Trio was founded in 2017 by co-founders and owners Sarah and Dan Woodcock, wife and husband, and Louis Hunter, their dear friend and business partner. Built upon a foundation of love and racial justice, we make and serve delicious plant-based comfort food. We source local, organic, and fairly traded ingredients as much as possible.
