The Rad Black Kids {TRBK} blog is an epicenter of culture through fashion, lifestyle, and the arts. Boy 1 is a 20-something year old style icon who is the intellectual function of everything style. He is a self-proclaimed adventurous spirit; unafraid to take the plunge boldly rocking velvet loafers to a late morning brunch. Find him at the corner of ‘fresh of a Calvin Klein runway’ and ‘running out the outback in his R.M. Williams boots’. Girl 1 is a 20-something year old style empress who is the laissez-faire function regarding style. She is a lover of colors, textures, prints, and patterns. She channels style values from Audrey Hepburn, Grace Jones, Jackie Kennedy, and Solange Knowles; all vastly different style icons of the last century.

This brother and sister duo, have created TRBK as an avenue for radical expression through style, photography, lifestyle, culture, and the arts. In the opening soliloquy of Shakespeare’s Hamlet, ‘To be or not to be’ is the statement posed by Prince Hamlet. TRBK are driven by this quote although our drive differs from the original context of statement. We aspire for greatness…and each day we choose to be…or not.
