Zella's Soulful Kitchen is a full service catering company and cafe that creates delicious home-cooked farm fresh foods that feed the soul. Enjoy our cafe menu or our prepared foods deli case that's filled with an abundant selection of seasonal items that rotate and are sold by the pound for our customers to take home to enjoy. Our take out café counter is located within the Oakland City Center (at 12th street bart station). We offer to-go options that include handcrafted sandwiches, salads, grilled meats, fish, and seasonally inspired meals. Our food is distinctly Californian--always fresh and healthful, and embraced in southern comfort. Menu selections change with the seasons and include vegetarian and gluten-free options. We cater business functions, cocktail parties, weddings, and dinner parties for 10 to 300 people. From planning to the meal itself, to the very last bit of clean-up, we make sure you experience warmth, seamless service and a memorable meal.
