My water aerobics classes have something for all fitness levels. I've been an aquatic exercise instructor (AEA) for 20 years, teaching private swim lessons, and providing both one on one group workout sessions. I'm grateful for this opportunity to inspire, and encourage individuals to go beyond their preconceived physical abilities. My passion is aquatics, and my goal is to make it as fun and pleasurable for you as it is for me. The shallow water class is great for all fitness levels. Emphasis is on total body toning and conditioning through water resistance. The deep water class is for the above average exerciser who seeks a total resistance workout. Buoyancy belts are worn and designed to give you support while moving freely in the water. Hand buoys and noodles are just a few of the equipment items used to create a safe and well balanced body exercise. Aqua Stand Up is an inflatable stand up paddle board. Classes are designed to improve balance and flexibility. Burning 650 cal.
