Meaning if you're a middle or high school athletic, you become pregnant, recovering from an injury or simply wanting a pain free, mobile body in your golden years. N' Motion Fitness Studio For Women is where I specialize in all the area of lifestyles. My private studio is a place for women though small group classes, 1-on-1 private sessions or 2-on-1 partner training to invest, reinvest and in some cases even reinvent themselves.
